Hydraulic Wall Sawing

REMOTE-CONTROLLED RAIL CUTTING MACHINE FOR CONCRETE

This method is a hydraulic or electric cutting method that can work with horizontal, vertical, and vertical 45º-90º-180º angles, with or without reinforcement, and is mainly used for cutting operations in reinforced concrete walls.

The remotely controlled rail cutting machine is mainly used for opening places such as doors and windows in curtain concrete cutting. The machine moves on the rail and can be controlled by remote, making it the safest concrete cutting system.

The system that can cut up to a maximum of 70cm concrete thickness is the most preferred method due to its speed and economy, as well as leaving a flat surface that does not require any repairs after cutting.

HOW TO DO?

It utilizes the movement of a saw blade attached to a cutting unit that moves along a specially designed rail.

The machine utilizes the movement of a connected saw blade that moves along a specially designed rail. The machine performs cutting parallel to the rail where it is mounted. It is frequently used on reinforced concrete elements such as walls, slabs, columns, and beams.

Some of the main advantages of this method are that there is no vibration, so there are no cracks left in the remaining reinforced concrete. It is a much faster and quieter method compared to conventional methods. The hydraulic cutting machine is used for cutting forgotten door, window, and elevator openings or for bringing them down in case of project changes. It saves time and quickly solves the operation.

When concrete or asphalt needs to be removed for any reason, this method allows the concrete in the desired area to be cut and removed smoothly along with its structure without damaging the entire surface. Since the cut surface is flat, it does not require any additional leveling work. This method is a kind of hydraulic system of diamond cutting.
